In this paper, the approximate controllability of nonlinear Fractional order 0<α<1 Riemann-Liouville type stochastic perturbed control systems driven by mixed fractional Brownian motion in a real separable Hilbert spaces has been studied by using Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem, stochastic analysis theory, fractional calculus and some sufficient conditions.

Some Properties of Skew Uniform Distribution

There is one work that appears to give some details of the skew uniform distribution, this work due to Aryal and Nadarajah [Random Operators and stochastic equations, Vol.12, No.4, pp.319-330, 2004]. They defined a random variable X to have the skew uniform distribution such that f_x(x)=2g(x)G(θx), where g(.) and G(.) denote the probability density function (pdf) and the cumulative distribution function (cdf) of the uniform distribution respectively. In this paper, we construct a new skewed distribution with pdf of the form 2f(x)G(θx), where θ is a real number, f(.) is taken to be uniform (-a,a) while G(.) comes from uniform (-b,b). We derive some properties of the new skewed distribution, the r th moment, mean, variance, skewness, kurtosis, moment generating function, characteristic function, hazard rate function, median, Rѐnyi entropy and Shannon entropy. We also consider the generating issues.

Common Fixed Point Theorem for Weakly Contractive Mappings in Cone Metric Spaces

A New Numerical Method for Solving First Order Differential Equations

Original Research

In this paper, we present a new numerical method for solving first order differential equations. The new numerical integration scheme was obtained which is particularly suited to solve oscillatory and exponential problems. We verify the reliability of the new scheme and the results obtained show that the scheme is computationally reliable, and competes favourably with other existing ones.

Of Students Academic Performance Rates Using Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs)

A model based on the multilayer perception algorithm was programmed. The result from the test data evaluation showed that the programmed Artificial Neural Network model was able to correctly predict and classify the performance of students with Mean Correct Classification Rate CCR of 97.07%.

Use of the Triangular Fuzzy Numbers for Student Assessment

The social demand not only to educate, but also to classify students according to their qualifications, makes the student assessment one of the most important components of the educational process. Fuzzy logic, due to its nature of characterizing a case with multiple values, offers rich resources for the ssessment purposes. This gave us several times in past the impulse to apply principles of fuzzy logic for assessing human skills using as tools the corresponding system’s total uncertainty, the COG defuzzification technique and recently developed variations of it. In the present paper we use the Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFNs) as an alternative tool for the same purpose and we compare this approach with the assessment methods of the bivalent and fuzzy logic that we have already used in earlier works. Our ambition for this paper is to be easily understood by the non expert on fuzzy logic reader and therefore the TFNs and the arithmetic operations defined on them are presented in a simple way, by giving examples and by avoiding, as much as we can, the excessive mathematical severity.

Inhomogeneous Connotations across Square, Stoichiometrically-Based Matrices

In this report we analyze a subset of chemical equations that have equal numbers of elements and unknown coefficients; linear algebraically, these relate to n X n matrix systems. Here we associate inhomogeneous eigenvector occurrences to structural properties of chemical equations.
